IN REGARDS TO: Samantha

I just wanted to inform you that Jamie has refused to follow the Court’s Order to share Holidays with me. He is also still putting bruises on Samantha. I can’t photo document them, and because of CPS I can’t notify them since they have done nothing to stop this abuse. Samantha has had 4 new bruises that she said Jamie has caused her just this past week. I have 2 different witnesses to these bruises.

May 21, 2004 Bruise on right thigh, she was crying and told me that she had broken a crayon and Jamie grabbed and hurt her for no reason.
May 27, 2004 2 bruises on her left arm - grab and one new on her upper right thigh.

On March 9th, 2004 – Samantha threw up at school, she told Jamie that she was sick and he took her to school anyways.

On May 11, 2004, Samantha was not fed breakfast or packed a lunch and sent to school. When Presque Isle Children’s House tried to contact Jamie he was working away, since he forgot to pack her a lunch. This is not the first time. Samantha begged them to call me so that I could bring her some lunch, but they refused. Jamie will not let them contact me or allow me to visit or participate in Samantha’s schooling. So, Samantha ate pudding for lunch.

February 12 and 15, 2004 Jamie refused me Visitation and violated a court order.
