Points for February 16th Hearing

* Jamie has not allowed me shared holidays all of 2004 until FOC stepped in and allowed ½ of Christmas break. We are to share all school holidays and other holidays and Jamie will not. I have not had Samantha with Grayson on Christmas day for 3 years.

* Samantha had winter holiday in January and was off school Monday and Tuesday and Jamie refused to share that time with me. He won’t work with me with anything.

* Samantha has 3 ½ days off of school this week and Jamie will not allow me any extra time.

* Jamie has never allowed me to take Samantha to Judy Thompson’s Wednesday appointments even though it was court ordered

* It is court ordered that one parent picks up and one drops off… or vice versa. Jamie Heinzel forces me to do both.

* It is court ordered that Samantha is not to be around drug abusers yet, Samantha is in the care of Mark and Marylou Heinzel all the time. This is a direct violation of this order.

* Jamie’s own brother, Glen Heinzel, resides in the house with Mark and Marylou Heinzel when not in school and he was just convicted of being in possession of illegal drugs and underage DUI.

* When Samantha is sick Jamie takes her to school anyways and she has had to come home early due to being ill. Yet, Jamie was informed that Samantha was not feeling good.

* I request that since Easter is the most important holiday in our Christian faith that even if Samantha is with Mr. Heinzel he will allow her to come to church to participate in this holy day, since he has no religious convictions. This is the day that Jesus rose from the dead, and know this will benefit Samantha in her faith and moral upbringing.

* Jamie Heinzel shuts the porch light off on whomever drops Samantha off… and we are forced to try and get down the steps in the dark… this is dangerous especially in the winter.

* Judy Thompson changed Samantha’s schedule without notifying me.

* Judy Thompson moved her office without notifying me.

* Judy Thompson has my email, phone number and address. But I have never been notified. She knows I am court ordered to bring Samantha but she stands firm with Jamie to not allow this.

* Judy Thompson had Jamie Heinzel and Julie Looper, the live in girlfriend, attend a Filial Therapy workshop on October 16, 2004. Why was I not asked to attend the same workshop since this is my child?

* Judy Thompson said that Samantha had a break through in the last report sent in November. I find it odd that she had a break though when I was in attendance.

* Judy Thompson has never documented my attendance.

* Where are the documented reports from July and August from Judy Thompson? CPS never sent us these 4 reports. I attended in July and tried to in August but they changed Samantha’s schedule.

* Samantha tells us that she has repeatedly told Judy Thompson that Jamie is abusing her and shown her the bruises but says that Judy Thompson does not listen to her; she is daddy’s friend.
